Andorra

Atlas d'Andorra was published in Catalan by the Institut d'Estudis Andorrans in 1980 and by the Andorran government's education, culture and youth department in 1991. François Taillefer's 1984 review describes the first fascicle as a collaboration between the Institut and the University of Perpignan, modeled on national and regional atlases. Its 26 population plates used data dated 31 December 1976, covering the population as a whole, the demographic structure of the seven parishes, and distributions by age and nationality. Taillefer highlighted the majority of Spanish nationals, particularly among younger people, and noted limitations in the register-based data, missing occupational and residential information, and numerical inconsistencies.
